Open this recap on The Mixed BagBaltimore did enough damage before halftime to hold off Tennessee, 24–18, and improve to 3–1. The Ravens’ defense set the tone immediately when Trenton Simpson intercepted Cam Ward on the Titans’ second offensive play. Derrick Henry later scored against his former team, and Lamar Jackson found Zay Flowers for a 19-yard touchdown.
The game’s biggest swing came with Tennessee facing fourth-and-goal at the Baltimore two. Nnamdi Madubuike helped stop Tony Pollard at the line, and the Ravens responded with a 98-yard touchdown drive capped by Jackson’s three-yard pass to Mark Andrews. Tyler Loop then closed the half with a 64-yard field goal, the longest ever made at M&T Bank Stadium.
But the second half became survival mode. Jackson left after two quarters with an ankle injury after completing 15 of 20 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns. Tyler Huntley finished the game, while Baltimore went scoreless after halftime.
Tennessee closed the gap, but Malaki Starks recovered an onside kick with 1:12 remaining. The Ravens secured the win, though injuries to Jackson and several other starters will shape the conversation before next Sunday night’s trip to Atlanta.
